Offer the best deal, I ask by phone what is cheaper and they told me in town. Around 140 , and If I leave the truck in my home town it was 150. I get the in town, when I done 300 something else bucks.

agent who hooked the trailer onto our vehicle did not secure the wiring thus we did not have proper lighting: no running lights, no right side turn signals. Because we only used the car during daylight we were unaware of this until we returned the trailer, we were charged a fee for broken lights.

It’s hard to put into words how well my rental went from the first call on Monday when I called and spoke with Jonathan and at the scheduling office. Cindy was extremely helpful when there was a problem with my original trailer and pick up she got that taken care of and then Tamra at the location was very helpful

Everything was great; they had the trailer available and hat I wanted; the agent even came out to offer assistance to hook up the trailer; the whole process of renting and paperwork was simple and quick. We were in and out in hardly any time. The trailer was clean and in good condition. It’s a pleasure to rent here.

I know now is a difficult time, but I rented before from the same location and both times the cab was dirty – this time there was food and plant debris and a used paper cup. The staff had assured me twice that the cab would be cleaned this time – once again, I had to clean it myself. Storage facility is good, however – and clean.

I had a reservation and the cargo van had 6†of snow on it. When I returned it after hours the customer care would not help me. The uhaul/share did not recognize the contract number so I just left the keys and the van at the uhaul place.

The truck’s engine light was on from the beginning and later a green wrench light came on and we noticed some fluid leaking from the underside of the vehicle. Otherwise it was clean. You need to service the truck.
